Mockingbird is an independent, locally owned, and operated immersive art and dance lounge.

We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager in the nightlife or hospitality. Our venue is high-volume and high-profile, so professionalism, reliability, and upbeat energy are essential. Taking ownership is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities:

• Overseeing nightly operations and scheduling to deliver outstanding service

• Leading and developing staff to cultivate a supportive, high-energy workplace that encourages a positive culture.

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and liquor license compliance

• Proactively maximizing revenue through top-tier hospitality

• Fostering strong connections with guests, vendors, DJ's, all staff members and leadership teams.

• Working closely with ownership on a daily basis
